Kirsten Barnhoorn is founder of New Energy Consulting. As management consultant and project manager she supports companies to successfully embed sustainability within their brand and business and providing them with thought leadership to make their efforts visible and valuable.
She has a broad background with more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain management, Marketing, Innovation, Change management and Sustainability with Philips, Fokker Aircraft, Holland Consulting Group en Heineken.
In 2014 she decided to start het own company NewEnergy Consulting.
With her experience as  Global  Sustainability manager Heineken® she understands the challenges to get the topic embedded in the business and brands and get people and departments motivated to contribute. She developed a refreshing sustainability strategy for the Heineken brand and created new product innovations and consumer activation programs.
